Meet your facilitator:

Antony Stinziani is an IBRS advisor who specialises in digital and data strategy, digital transformation, governance, architecture, risk, program management, ICT sourcing and operating models.
Antony holds a degree in management and ICT and has worked in senior and executive roles for over 25 years, the last 15 as a Chief Information Officer, across numerous organisations including the CSIRO, Geoscience Australia, the Australian Parliament, the ACT Government and the City of Gold Coast Council.
In these roles, Antony was responsible for leadership and execution of digital strategy and transformation, business change, data capability development, financial management and governance and for collaboration across government, research and industry sectors.
A focus of Antony’s has been the transition to modern ways of working, a must in a world of changing technology and operating models
Antony has been a mentor in Canberra’s Women in ICT Program (WITEM) since 2010 and in the WIT Program since 2022; a member of the Women in ICT (WIC) Committee and Male Champion of Change; as well as a Board Director in the national NFP sector.

Modern Ways of Working
This session will explore modern ways of working for IT teams and their business partners. As we shift to cloud and ‘as a service’ IT, business is taking ownership of digital projects, with a focus on shifts to quick, tangible outcomes and non-technical skills. The session aims to equip you to lead during this transition from outdated practices to modern demands.
