Program Overview

A proven and highly engaging blended learning program completed over 10 weeks, with two of Australia’s leading career coaches and mentors that provides practical skills and a safe place to unpack and address roadblocks (internal and external) to ensure their voices are heard, they build brand and profile, set boundaries and have clarity achieving their goals in career and life. Once purchased, participants can participate in 2 live program experiences across a 24-month period.

The program follows a weekly cadence across the 7 Acts of Confidence that includes:

  • a short video (7-10 min) and worksheet to facilitate
  • reflection and application,
  • a weekly 50-minute live Q&A video session to
  • examine each topic in more detail
  • a more intimate peer coaching conversation to drive
  • accountability and provide further support

Your Facilitators:

Kate Boorer is Founder and CEO of Young Professional Women Australia and is one of Australia’s leading experts on career, confidence and personal brand. Kate is dedicated to enabling women to face, manage and navigate personal barriers standing in the way of creating the life they want. Kate draws on her results with clients, passion for driving change and the collective voice of her tribe making her a powerful thought leader for gender equity.

Fiona Pearman is Co-founder of Quantum Impact Group and co-author of Core Confidence. Fiona’s interest in supporting gender-balanced workplaces that harness the collective strengths of a diverse workforce was sparked through facilitating workshops for women who were not achieving the career progression they aspired to. Fiona also works with organisations to shift the systemic and structural barriers that impede gender equity.
