    The opportunity:

    We are looking for someone to provide exceptional onboarding experience to our recurring and new customers as well as assist and support the project managers and delivery teams in a number of concurrent projects. This is not a traditional Project Coordinator role, you will be working closely with our technical and non technical teams and will have the opportunity to manage your own projects. 
     
    The PMO is a well oiled team and the Project Coordinator will actively participate in all aspects of the Project lifecycle. The Project Coordinator will make sure the project schedule, budget and registers are maintained and current to ensure the project team and customers are well supported.
    • Providing support to project managers and business leaders when required
    • Issuing recurring invoices
    • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
    • Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings including documenting minutes and following up on important actions
    • Creating and reviewing reports when required
    • Assist with the resourcing planning to ensure effective utilisation
    • Assist the Sales team to plan onboarding of new customers
    • Provide project progress updates
    • Contribution to new ideas and initiatives to continue to mature and grow the PMO capabilities

    The person:

    This is a varied role where no two days are the same. We will provide you the conditions to demonstrate your project, finance, administration, and communication skills within a customer centric environment. In return we will help you to develop your Project Management skills to further progress your career.
     
    Ideally you will have some of the following attributes:
    • Experience with project management tools, especially cloud-based software
    • Be inquisitive! Be Autonomous! Gets excited about self-development 
    • Digitally savvy with an interest for cloud solutions and technology
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Experience with Project Management concepts
    • Detail orientated 
    • Able to work with ambiguity 
    • Ability to build rapport with technical and non technical stakeholders
    • Be bold, be vocal, be inquisitive and be committed to the success of our customers and our team
    • Ability to filter through the detail and prioritise actions accordingly
    • PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum or equivalent certificate
    • Qualifications in project management or studying towards will be highly desirable but we also value your experience

    What you’ll do

    You will provide process design, driving improved user experience, trend analysis & reporting, training facilitation and direct process re-engineering to assist the service operation for highly available platforms, products and services that are accessible and performing effectively to Tabcorp’s Business. Reporting to the Service Delivery Improvement Manager, you will scope the initial pre-planning and analysis phase of improvement initiatives before moving onto the design and build phase.

    You will operate in an Agile manner, with a specific focus on ITIL process and service delivery technologies.

    What you’ll bring

    • Strong knowledge of ITIL and supporting industry toolsets (ServiceNow)
    • Strong IT Operational background in ITIL / IT Service Management Practices
    • Solid background in Continual Service Improvement with strong data & trend analysis across IT Service Management
    • Good knowledge of Project Management Methodologies and tools and functional business analysis experience
    • Expertise in reporting and presentation development

    You will lead business analysis for the data and analytics products and platforms and act as the key interface between the development teams and the data platform teams to deliver planned portfolio initiatives to scale data capabilities for ingestion and transformation with big data volumes and at real-time speed, to add value to the business, ensuring data and intelligence is of the highest quality on a global scale.

    Reporting to the BI & Data Operations Lead, you understand how to operate data platforms, work with stakeholders, end users, developers and testers (inhouse or external providers) to propose feasible solutions to effectively meet business requirements.

    You will also assist with reviewing existing operational and support processes, helping to identify opportunities for improvement to add value to ensuring technology is continually improved and of the highest quality on a global scale.  

    What you’ll bring

    • Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst within a data focused environment.
    • A strong Business Analysis foundational skill set with an industry recognised certification (CBAP, CCBA or BABOK ideally) .
    • Excellent documentation skills with demonstratable experience evaluating and documenting business and software requirements to a high level of technical detail.
    • Outstanding stakeholder management skills with proven experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships across business and technology teams.

    The Team:

    The End User Compute (EUC) Team own all aspects of the end user equipment footprint, any technology that our team members touch is managed by this team, including all devices within our retail outlets, distribution centres and support offices. 

    It is the front line of the Information Services division and this team manages all of the multiple critical device touchpoints that our business uses to support SRG as an innovative omnichannel retailer. The team define and manage the standard operating environment ensuring all devices are fully operational, within warranty and have all appropriate security and application patches applied to protect our operating environment.

    This team is responsible for maintaining a calendar of events and store provisioning, engaging with business stakeholders to ensure we meet the businesses resourcing and technology needs. These range from events in stadiums across the country through to iconic events such as Bathurst 1000.

    The Role:

    We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Deployment Specialist to join our team, in this position you will be responsible for the planning, management and oversight of deployment services and components for managed EUC assets. You will ensure that procedures and best practices are in place for the maintenance, patching and a standard operating environment (SOE) for all devices

    The role will also involve:

    • Planning and facilitating End User Computing patching for security and version releases
    • Plan and coordinate End User Computing application packaging and deployments
    • Maintain an accurate catalogue of End User Computing components
    • Ensure deployment tasks and created and carried out in full and on time.

    About You:

    You will have been working within an EUC environment where you have been managing deployments, devices and applications successfully. Your communication skills and collaborative style will be well developed to work with internal and external stakeholders.

    You will also bring:

    • Incident and request management experience
    • Strong negation skills to successfully convey your message and reach a mutual agreement
    • Experience with vendor management
    • Understanding of SCCM (or ideally Ivanti) platforms and infrastructure
