    Vision

    To make big ideas real, with incredible people, and deliver meaningful change.

    Our Company - Our Family

    We have an amazing team of wonderful people, and our goal is to elevate our clients, partners, and colleagues to become the hero of their story. As an Australian-based IT consultancy we believe it is important to put people first, technology second. SOCO specialises in cloud solutions, business applications, and integration projects – but always with a focus on the people and the outcomes, rather than the tech.

    From a technology perspective our focus is on SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Office 365, and everything Microsoft (we’re a Gold Partner). We deliver small packets of work using our Discover, Design, Deliver, Drive® methodology – which seeks to foster a trusted partnership relationship with our clients.

    Our company values are very important to us, and drive everything we do. Those values are:

    - We delight clients

    - We know our stuff

    - We get stuff done

    - We’re a family

    Our aim is to identify incredible people who value working with people and technology, and to welcome you into our strong and supportive family.

    The Role

    We are seeking an Australian Citizen (non-negotiable, as we work with agencies who require this), who is comfortable working on small packets of work, in a consultancy role.

    We’re looking for someone who:

    • Is a Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Power Platform professional;
    • Is experienced across all project phases, with demonstrated technical ability to design, coordinate and put CRM solutions into practice;
    • Collaborates well to meet timelines, ensure consistency and excellence, and is pretty awesome to work with;
    • Has a high level of emotional maturity and a curious nature with a growth mindset and ‘can do’ approach;
    • Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines;
    • Confident in your technical abilities and effective in your ability to drive the outcomes of a project;
    • Demonstrates excellent consulting skills (not just Developer skills);
    • A desire to learn cloud-based platform development;
    • Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, and can communicate clearly and logically with internal and external stakeholders;
    • Has experience in Dynamics 365; data migration, and integration;
    • Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies including .NET and exposure to or experience in Azure technologies;
    • Ability to manage competing priorities in a Scrum/Agile environment.

    It would be great if you had:

    • Integration experience (Consuming REST, WCF or Other APIs)
    • Business Process Automation experience

    It would be nice if you had:

    • Front end development experience (ideally REACT, but any JavaScript framework familiarity is good).

    What we offer:

    • A flexible work from home arrangement (our office is in the Brisbane CBD)
    • Permanent Role
    • An immediate start
    • An awesome cohort of SOCO employees
    • 4 weeks paid leave per year, plus two weeks additional paid shutdown over the Christmas period
    • The day off on your birthday
    • 1 'no reason required' day off per year (after 6 months employment)

    If this sounds like your kind of place, reach out and connect with us! We would love to hear from you.

    Next steps?

    If you believe you are the right fit for this position, please come and start a conversation with us today. Send us through a recent CV, and a cover letter with a brief explanation of why you are the candidate we are looking for - rather than aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaall the others.

    Contact: Nicole at careers@soco.com.au

    Closing date: Friday, 29 October 2021 at 5pm AEST.
