    About the Role:

    Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for driving and implementing best practice quality standards across all aspects of operations from raw materials to finished goods. 

    We are looking for someone who has a strong focus on people leadership, quality management, training & continuous improvement and someone that will drive a quality culture throughout the company.  

    You will be an effective communicator, with the ability to influence at a senior leadership level. You will have proven experience building high performing teams though coaching, mentoring and change management, with overall accountability for quality management.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Ensuring all Quality business unit strategies and plans are aligned, reviewed and successfully implemented - taking remedial action where necessary
    • Overall involvement and implementation responsibility for company strategy and growth plans
    • Develop strategic QA project plans. Develop written proposals based on scientific data and present to management to enable effective decision making
    • Authorized Person, responsible for Master Cell Bank and Batch (API/formulated Drug Substance) Disposition for supply.
    • Responsible for planning and hosting inspections/Audits and identifying and managing successful close-out of actions
    • Responsible for Quality and compliance on TGA and APVMA licences and other regulatory bodies as required
    • Negotiate and Approving of Quality Agreements with clients and contract manufacturers
    • Performing product quality reviews where required
    • Ensuring Quality Risk Management principles are implemented for relevant processes

    Reporting to the Solutions and Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing a team of 6 to 10 Project Managers within Group IT, ensuring that all Business and Technology (B&T) projects and IT improvement projects are delivered successfully.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Looking after a team of experienced Project Managers and ensuring all resources are appropriately skilled in APA’s PM framework
    • Overseeing start-up activities for new projects, including estimations, high level planning, PM recruitment and resource planning

    About You

    To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

    • Tertiary qualifications in IT, Business or Engineering (Essential)
    • Extensive IT experience, with a number of years in a senior IT project management leadership role
    • Strong team management skills and experience; previous experience managing a team of 5+ project managers, or overseeing a project delivery function in a medium to large organisation
    • Advanced knowledge of project management lifecycles and product implementation methodologies; experience in working in a structured Project Delivery environment, based on PMBOK/PRINCE2 methodologies
    • Proven leadership competencies: Positioning and Executing Strategies, Engaging People, Relating and Networking
    • Ability to implement and drive best practise project management across a team

    About You

    • Experience in guiding and coaching multiple teams in the adoption of the Agile mind-sets, behaviours, and best practices to facilitate their transition to high performing teams
    • Experience in running agile ceremonies across all facets of agile delivery and stakeholder engagement
    • Experience with forward planning across agile teams, and experience with rapidly changing plans brought about by agile ways of working
    • Demonstrated ability to create effective team environments for people to innovate, learn and grow
    • Experience in effectively managing and communicating complex risks, issues, and dependencies

    This role can be based in our SydneyMelbourne, Canberra, Perth, Adelaide or Brisbane office. We are seeking a Systems Engineer with experience in using Carbon Black to join us. As a member of the technical support team, you’ll interact directly with clients and other members of the Datacom teams to support technology-based solutions. You’ll be responsible for the support of server infrastructure, within contracted time frames and services level agreements. This support will involve remote assistance over the phone and ad-hoc onsite visits when required and participate in an on-call roster for after-hours support.

    This role requires Australian Citizenship preferably with baseline/NV1 Clearance - candidates without citizenship need not apply.

    As the Systems Engineer this is an excellent technical opportunity, you’ll have the ability to identify situations where standard approvals and processes will not be applicable and through investigation, develop customised rulesets which not only deliver the outcome for the customer but adhere to their security requirements. You’ll be providing technical maintenance, support services within agreed service levels along with maintaining technical documentation. You will also be using tools and processes to deliver services to customers to ensure their service level agreements are met, proactively managing their infrastructure and driving service process improvement.

    What you’ll bring

    To be successful in this role you’ll bring at least 2-3 years’ experience as a System Administrator.

    Your experience should include:

    • Strong Carbon Black experience
    • Good foundational knowledge of Windows Operation Systems
    • Basic knowledge of Linux
    • Platform maintenance including updates and upgrades
    • Investigation of Block Alerts
    • Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and team

    We are seeking a Systems Engineer to join us in any of our Australian Offices (Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Canberra or Perth). As a member of the technical support team, you’ll interact directly2 with clients and other members of the Datacom teams to support technology-based solutions. You’ll be responsible for the support of server infrastructure, within contracted time frames and services level agreements. This support will involve remote assistance over the phone and ad-hoc onsite visits when required and participate in an on-call roster for after-hours support.

    This role requires Australian Citizenship preferably with baseline/NV1 Clearance - candidates without citizenship need not apply.

    • Hands on experience in the operation of Infrastructure outcomes such as VMware vSphere, VMware Site Recovery Manager (SRM), Cisco Unified Computing (UCS), and backup recovery technologies (Backup Exec, Netbackup and CommVault)

    Your customer focus and communication skills will be a strength along with an ability to develop and maintain productive internal and external relationships, partnerships and networks. We are keen to hear of your problem-solving experience and your understanding of public cloud platforms.

    About the Role

    The Splunk Specialist will focus on delivering innovative solutions for our customer across synthetic monitoring of applications, log collection for our Security Operations Centre and performance dashboards for real-time visibility into our large and complex I.T. environment including data collection and reporting for COVID related data.

    This is a hands on role, being involved in various operational tasks and will need to be familiar with Linux and Microsoft operating systems, onboarding log sources, building dashboards and managing enterprise level Splunk environments.

    The role is available in any of our Datacom offices in Australia.

    What you’ll do

    • Maintaining Splunk patch and release levels.
    • Log ingestion for new applications when introduced into the environment.
    • Manage Splunk performance and scale the Splunk environment as required. On-boarding log sources.
    • Writing SPL.
    • Creating/Testing/Deploying Splunk upgrades, configurations changes, etc. in multiple environments.
    • Monitoring the Splunk infrastructure (Identify bad searches, dashboards, overall health of Splunk).
    • Ensuring Splunk best practices are applied to Splunk infrastructure.
    • Innovating with ideas to improve services and add value to our customer with data insights.

    What you’ll bring

    • Ideally Splunk certified Admin or Architect.
    • Experience with various Operating Systems.
    • Experience with Splunk or other SIEM platforms.
    • Understanding of common query languages leveraged by SIEM platforms.
    • Logging technologies including syslog, Windows Event collectors and agent-based data acquisition.
    • Data normalisation and the Splunk CIM.
    • Creating and developing reporting capabilities.
    • Experience managing a large distributed SIEM environment.
