She has forged a career in technology commercialisation, working with hundreds of early-stage technology companies as senior executive, advisor & business coach & believes the future wealth and well being of Australians depends on rapid acceleration of the growth of our technology sector. Her previous roles included CEO of i.lab Incubator, various senior management appointments at UniQuest & Director of ASX listed energy storage company RedFlow. She spent 15 years in leadership roles in agri-business companies developing & commercialising new cultivars of ornamental, aquatic, food & forestry plants & has been a significant equity partner in both a plant propagation company & boutique technology commercialisation firm. An active member of the innovation community, she is an Industry Fellow with The UQ Business School & Director for Springboard Enterprises. She was Chair of WiT from 2007-2010, co-founder of the WiT biotechnology chapter & is a persistent mentor to women working in technology. In 2013 she was honoured to be named one of YWCA Queensland’s 125 Leading Women.
