ICT Executive Pathways is a unique one day professional development workshop designed to provide IT professionals with a strategy to drive change in themselves, build a career plan and start their career progression.

With a focus on planning your career to take the next step, leading career coach and the CEO of Davidson Consulting & HR Solutions Wendy Tancred will provide practical tips to improve your leadership style in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) world.
	Ben Hamley - Strategy Designer with Business Models Inc, producers of the best selling business book, "Business Model Generation". His presentation will provide an overview to the discipline of design thinking and how it relates to strategy, as well as introduce new tools, skills and mindset you will need to design a better business, including an interactive overview to Business Model & Value Proposition Canvas.
	Lynda Edwards - Director, PepperCon Coaching Lynda will talk on the Neuroscience of Leadership – applying what neuroscience research is discovering about how people think & work together more effectively.  Covering emotional regulation, neuroscience of habits & difficult conversations.
