Peer Action is offering WiT members the opportunity to step back from the daily demands of business to focus on planning for the future.
The “Work On: Growth” workshop is designed for business leaders who have left the heady startup days behind and are looking to build a plan for continued and sustainable growth.
With an equal amount of time dedicated to general management and marketing, use the Work On: Growth Workshop as an opportunity to tackle those problem areas you have been grappling with for a while, or map out a plan to take your business to the next level.

Each organisation will receive a 3-hour business planning and mentoring workshop made up of 2 x 90 minute sessions, one focusing on business management and operations, and the other on marketing.
