Wendy is a business orientated ICT Professional with over 20 years experience as Senior Manager in national & international organisations across Building, Construction, Education, Health and Aged Care sectors including James Hardie, Pioneer, Griffith University, Queensland Health and Blue Care and RSL Care.

Wendy has proven capability in developing ICT strategy, enterprise portfolio and program management, change management and investment governance having established the first Information, Strategy and Investment Board (ISIB) in Queensland Health.  She also has extensive experience consolidating state based sites to centrally managed national contact centres from an ICT and workforce transformation perspective. 

Wendy brings to RSL Care a proven track record in ICT transformation, working with executive peers to align organization and business strategy to ICT strategy and investments which led to her sponsoring large portfolios of programs to deliver business valued ICT and benefits. 

Following the successful merger of RSL Care (Qld) and RDNS (Vic), Wendy was appointed to the group role of Chief Integration Officer.  Reporting to the CEO, she has successfully migrated the 2 organisations within 12 months of the merger and is working on building increased capability through the multiple layers of the business.
