  Progress your Leadership

Have you ever found yourself at the end of a meeting wishing you had just spoken up? Or perhaps you’ve had a great idea, said it quietly, only to have someone else be acknowledged for your idea?

Ever found yourself being offered an opportunity to step up and exercise leadership, only to find that you have talked yourself out of it before it has even begun?

Everyone needs to practice leadership, regardless of your career progression stage. This workshop will help you to understand and develop the practice of your leadership and appreciate impact.

In this session, we will explore some of the ideas and beliefs that are getting in the way of you making progress on important parts of your life and career. You will develop a personal hypothesis as to why this occurs, and design a range of individual experiments that you can use to further develop your leadership practice.
