Join us for this Sunday event and enjoy - Special Offer 50% off a second ticket when you bring along a friend or family member
Wellness can mean different things to different people and we ultimately need to find out what works best for us as individuals. True wellness incorporates all aspects of the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual and it’s important to know how we can incorporate this into all aspects of life – work, family, self and social. The WIT Wellness event will cover some of the themes below and include practical session and tools that you can take home and apply.
Bring a cushion and perhaps a wrap or towel to keep warm during moments of stillness and prepare to feel empowered, supported and centered as you embark on your wellness journey.
