WiT’s AGM is an important opportunity for members to meet their representatives, review the past year and consider WiT’s plans for the future. This year we ask members to endorse a new Constitution that will establish a framework for WiT’s ongoing success.
Due to venue restrictions, AGM attendance this year is limited to voting members. This includes fully-paid individual members and nominated corporate member representatives. Employees of member organisations, while enjoying the benefits of full membership, are not eligible to vote. If you cannot attend, please join us the next day at Connectworks for a full wrap up! See details here.
The new Constitution being proposed transitions WiT from an incorporated association to a (not-for-profit) public company limited by guarantee. This offers many benefits for our community, including the ability to operate within a nationally-recognised corporate governance structure, enhanced definition of roles and responsibilities under the Corporations Act, and improved ability to deliver great service and support to our members.
We are grateful to McCullough Robertson and Nomad Consolidated for their advice and assistance with drafting the new Constitution document.
As a member of WiT you are invited to review and submit feedback on the proposed Constitution document and we would like to highlight the main items of change below:

If you have any questions or comments regarding the new Constitution if you could please provide your questions and feedback to us on [email protected] by COB on Wednesday 28th April, 2021.
Due to COVID restrictions this event is a member only event and we look forward to seeing you there.
