Program Overview
The W-Lead Program is a high-impact, transformational leadership program for women ready to invest in their development for a result focused and collaborative program about growth, courage, leadership and freedom.
Created by leadership thought-leader Sonia McDonald and her team, this transformational program offers more than a traditional coaching method. It is collaborative and community minded and provides women with the opportunity to connect and learn from other inspirational female leaders from across all kinds of organisations and sectors.
The 12-month intensive leadership program includes access to a comprehensive selection of evidence-based tools, group coaching, one on one coaching, 2 Day Leadership Retreat in Byron Bay, leadership books and more to help you find and call into your inner leadership and courage.
After successfully completing program, you will be issued micro-credentials accepted by QTAC in: Initiative and Drive, Communication, Collaboration, Empathy.

About The Facilitator
Sonia McDonald is the CEO of LeadershipHQ and McDonald Inc. and facilitator of the Program. She is an executive leadership coach and advisor, thought leader, dynamic keynote speaker and award-winning author.
Named as one of the Top 250 Influential Women in the world and Top 100 Australian Entrepreneurs by Richtopia, Sonia is recognised internationally as an expert in leadership, strategy, cultural and organisational development, workplace diversity and the neuroscience of leadership.
She has more than 25 years’ experience in human resource management, leadership and organisational development and has held leadership positions around the world.
Sonia has written several books on leadership: Leadership Attitude, Just Rock It! and First Comes Courage, and she writes regularly for publications such as The Australian, HRD Magazine, Smart Healthy Women and Women’s Business Media.
