Dr Kerstin Kitchsteiger has a Post Doctorate in Cell Biology at UC San Diego and has held senior leadership roles in Science. She served as board member for Association for member in science (AWIS) for seven years. She has since spent the past 5 year dedicated to provide Emotional Intelligence coaching to high performing teams and leaders.
