Invite Only Round Table Conversation: Cracking the Code

As one of our valued Powered by Partners and Corporate Members WiT, in partnership with Core Confidence, invites you to an online invite-only virtual round table conversation on some of the key themes raised this year as part of International Women's Day (Cracking The Code: Innovation for Gender Equal Future).

This will be a facilitated peer discussion, so you walk away with practical ideas and insights to experiment with, that enhance your organisation's cultural and gender equity efforts.

Meet the team:

Fiona Pearman is Co-founder of Quantum Impact Group and co-author of Core Confidence. Fiona’s interest in supporting gender-balanced workplaces that harness the collective strengths of a diverse workforce was sparked through facilitating workshops for women who were not achieving the career progression they aspired to. Fiona also works with organisations to shift the systemic and structural barriers that impede gender equity.

Kate Boorer is Founder and CEO of Young Professional Women Australia and is one of Australia’s leading experts on career, confidence and personal brand. Kate is dedicated to enabling women to face, manage and navigate personal barriers standing in the way of creating the life they want. Kate draws on her results with clients, passion for driving change and the collective voice of her tribe making her a powerful thought leader for gender equity.

The round table will include:

• A short overview of Core Confidence's exploration on how Gender Equity is the fast track to creating a culture with a healthy approach to innovation and risk.
• A facilitated virtual round table, where attendees will participate in small breakout rooms for an exploratory conversation
• Group debrief - harvesting the intel from the collective

This session has been kept deliberately short - 45 mins - so that attendees can walk away with practical tips and insights from peers.

This session is at no cost and will be run by Kate Boorer and Fiona Pearman co-authors of the book Core Confidence and co-founders of Quantum Impact Group.
