About the Position
We are looking for our next Project Manager to join our Complex Projects team based in either Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast working across enterprise managed ICT and mobility.
Working across three key domains of Microsoft, Networks and Mobility, our Complex Projects team is renowned for making the complex simple for our customers. This team of dedicated Project Managers, Project Coordinators and Project Support Officers deliver with excellence. You will:
- Be accountable for the day-to-day management and execution of all project aspects including communication, risk management, governance, issues management, go-live and quality assurance;
- Report on project status and performance as required;
- Identify, engage and manage key stakeholder relationships both internal and external ensuring customer requirements are managed throughout the project lifecycle;
- Liaise, co-ordinate and negotiate with internal and external service providers/vendors including the procurement of hardware, software and/or services;
- Utilise an established customer engagement model to ensure a high level of customer input and ownership;
- Ensure alignment and compliance with the defined project management methodologies, governance structures, processes, tools and reporting;
- Produce required documentation and artefacts that contribute to delivering a project.
About You
You will need:
- Demonstrated experience as an ICT / technical Project Manager with a proven ability in setting priorities, managing stakeholders, and delivering quality and accurate results on time and within budget;
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with conflicting priorities;
- The ability to learn new technology quickly, be systems savvy and have a keen eye for detail and data analytics;
- The ability and drive to be a champion for collaboration and cross functional effectiveness.
- Relevant Microsoft accreditations (highly desirable);
- Experience working within Telecommunications, ICT and/or Managed Services industries;
- Experience working within or delivering across any of our partner organisations namely Telstra, Apple, Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, highly desirable but not essential;
- Certification as a Prince 2 Agile Practitioner or similar qualification (highly desirable)
- Experience in using (and have knowledge of) change management methodologies (highly desirable but not essential).
