About the Position

We are looking for a talented self-starter to join our Complex Projects team as a Project Coordinator managing a portfolio of Network based projects based in either Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast.

Working collaboratively with Telstra, technology suppliers and our Sales and Technology teams this role will work to deliver quality, timely outcomes to our customers throughout the end-to-end project management lifecycle that will transform their businesses.

With imbedded relationships alongside trusted key Partners including Telstra, Apple, Microsoft, Cisco and Fortinet, you can have the confidence that you are in working with best-in-class technology solutions.

You will:

• Work cross functionally with our sales, technical and finance teams and partners to successfully implement ICT solutions to our business and enterprise customers;
• Be the principal point of contact for each project assigned to you and be responsible for communicating project status to all parties in a timely manner, delivering exemplary customer service at every point;
• Confidently manage known risks, be assertive in setting clear customer expectations and quickly identify and action issues as they arise to create a seamless experience throughout each project;
• Actively build, foster and strengthen relationships with clients and key internal and external stakeholders;
• Be hands on in the delivery of services to our customers, and work as the interface between our partners and our customer.

About You

You will need:

• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multi-task whilst delivering exceptional outcomes for our customers;
• Great communication skills both, verbal and written;
• Superior time management skills and attention to detail – follow through is critical;
• The ability to build quality, respectful relationships with peers, cross functional teams, our partners and customers allowing you to achieve timely, value adding outcomes;
• Proven experience in solving problems with the ability to handle objections with confidence in order to achieve the best results for our customers;
• A willingness to grow and upskill with a commitment to continuous learning;
• A background in the delivery of network and telecommunication solutions, ideal but not essential. (Telstra experience will be highly regarded for this role.)
• Experience working within or delivering across any of our partner organisations namely Telstra, Apple, Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, highly desirable but not essential;
